Blackburn Crossing Dam is on the Neches River in Anderson County, Texas and is used for recreation, among other things. Construction was completed in 1971. It has a normal surface area of 40 square miles. It is owned by Upper Neches River Municipal Water Authority.

Blackburn Crossing Dam is of earthen construction. The core is earth. The foundation is soil. Though originally completed in 1971, the structure was modified in 1997. Its height is 75 feet with a length of 5720 feet. Maximum discharge is 187,056 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 1.045e+06 acre feet. Normal storage is 411,840 acre feet. It drains an area of 839 square miles.
